Scope of Services

The Provider will install, maintain, and monitor security camera equipment on the Customer’s premises. Services include:

• Installation and configuration of security camera equipment, including cameras, wiring, and related hardware. Provider will not be responsible for monitoring any devices for alarm or supervisory conditions that are not electronically connected by the provider.

• Technical support and maintenance services, including routine system checks and troubleshooting.

Monitoring Packages

The Provider offers the following monthly monitoring packages:

• Essentials – $84/month
• Professional – $89/month

• Executive – $94/month

• Elite – $99/month

Installation of Equipment

The Provider will install the security camera system and related equipment at the Customer’s location. The Customer is responsible for providing power sources and any necessary network connectivity at the installation site. A one-time installation fee will be charged and is due upon signing this Agreement:

• Essentials – $1,695
• Professional – $1,995
• Executive – $2,195

• Elite – $2,395

Fees and Payment

The Customer will select one of the monitoring packages above. The Provider shall have the right to increase charges related to the services to reflect new taxes, fees, or imposed costs. After one year from the agreement date, the Provider may increase monthly fees. If such increase exceeds 10% and the Customer is unwilling to accept the change, the Customer may terminate the agreement by giving written notice within 30 days.

Payment Method: All fees will be automatically charged to the Customer’s credit or debit card on file each month.

Term and Renewal

This Agreement shall commence on the installation date and remain in effect for an initial twelve (12) month term. Afterward, it will automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may cancel after the initial term with 30 days’ notice. To request cancellation, email your request with account details to info@mysecureserve.com. If the Customer cancels early (within the initial 12-month term) without cause, any deposit paid will be forfeited. All fees accrued up to the termination date must be paid.

Assignment

The Provider may assign this Agreement or subcontract services without notice.

Non-Payment

If payment is over 15 days late, services may be suspended or terminated. Deposits will be forfeited upon termination due to non-payment.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer shall:

• Provide safe access for installation and maintenance.
• Maintain electricity and internet for system operation.
• Not tamper with or disable equipment.
• Report malfunctions or service issues promptly.
• Keep billing and payment information current.
• Maintain insurance for property and activities.

Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

The Provider is not an insurer. The Customer agrees to obtain insurance for personal injury or property loss. The Provider’s liability is limited to six months of monitoring fees or $500, whichever is less. This applies regardless of cause. Legal action must begin within one year. Trial-by-jury is waived by both parties.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, GA.

Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for performance failures due to uncontrollable events.
• Entire Agreement: Supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments must be written and signed.
• Notices: Must be in writing and delivered via certified mail, email, or in person.
• Assignment: Customer must obtain written consent to assign.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
• Waiver: Non-enforcement of a term does not waive rights.
